Join us for an evening of English-language standup comedy, featuring Taipei’s most elite entertainers, at the world-famous Comedy Plus. Hosted by American comic Evan Danger, the show features a star-studded international cast, headlined by the one and only Ellery.

About the comics:

Ellery: Ellery is an American comedian known for his sharp online comedy in Chinese, building a strong following as a content creator in Taiwan. Though new to the stand-up scene, he’s bringing his dark and sometimes edgy humor to the stage in English. Trading edits and retakes for live mics and punchlines.

Evan Danger is an NYC-born comic who started off in Shanghai’s comedy scene during the late 2010s. He has performed all around Asia in both English and Chinese and been featured on numerous programs including HOT DOOR GATE, 中文怪物 and The Night Night Show. 

Ricky: Ricky is a local Taiwanese who has only started learning English seriously in the past year, he still feels his English is very poor. He likes one-liner jokes because life is always full of twists, and he also likes dark humor because life is always full of suffering.

Ruei-En (Ray Ray): Ruei-En is a Taiwanese comedian with nearly seven years of experience in the Chinese comedy scene. Starting their English comedy journey in 2024, they bring a unique perspective as a non-binary lesbian comedian. Their material cleverly explores LGBTQ+ identity, queer culture, and gender dynamics through witty observations. As a champion of Taiwan's stand-up comedy competition, Ruei-En breaks boundaries by challenging traditional gender norms and bringing authentic queer narratives to the stage, continuing to inspire audiences with their distinctive comedic voice.

Vincent Tsao: Vincent is a full-time diving instructor and a home-grown Taiwanese standup comedian. He performs frequently in Taipei and Kaohsiung in both Mandarin and English. He is super tall, and yes, the air is indeed better up there.

Chloe: Chloe started standup for the drink discounts but stuck around because audiences kept laughing. A newcomer performing in Chinese, English, and Japanese, she jokes about society with punchlines funnier than your textbooks.

1. 根據文化部訂定『藝文表演票券定型化契約應記載及不得記載事項』第六項「退、換票機制 」之規定，本節目採用方案一：消費者請求退換票之時限為演出日前10日(不含演出日)，但消費者於退換票時限屆至前購買，迄於時限屆至後始收受票券或於開演前仍未收受票券者，亦得退換票，全家取票因購買當日便可取票則不適用此規範；請求退換票日期以實體票券寄達日為準，請於活動前十天辦理（不含活動當日），退票需酌收票面金額10%手續費，請詳閱KKTIX退換票規定。
2. 開演前30分鐘入場。
3. 一人一票憑票入場，建議12歲以上觀眾入場，票券視同有價證券，請妥善保存，如遺失或毀損恕不補發。
